Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for the role of Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. On the HBO Drama True Blood, she played in the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Within Maury County, she began teaching kindergarten and first grade Reading. After marrying Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated to Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career in 4th year at Bethesda Elementary. Both in 1999 and 2000 she continued to teach as she was completing her masters of instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when the family welcomed their son Baylor into the family in the year 2000. Ashley has served for 15 years in her church, community and children. Ashley is a long-time leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. In the time that Ashley was home with her children they spent three years in homeschooling. While they were homeschooled, the children took part in a home school tutorial during which Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st grade. Ashley loved her homeschooling experience as well as spending time with her kids God clearly showed their family that it was time for them to go back full-time in school. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor who is a GCA grad attends UT Martin, where he plays baseball in the UT Martin campus. Callan as well as a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. Family members are very engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting, and assisting one another in sport.
