Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada, is an actor famous for her character Bo in the Showcase Series Lost Girl. Silk was created in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk are the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and teaches drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory of playing rehearsals with her mom. Silk appeared as a little model in a commercial. In 1997, she graduated with a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto and moved to Los Angeles within the years following 1999. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007, when they met at an actor'sworkshop held in Los Angeles. They got married the year 2009 and wed in a civil ceremony in December of that year. The couple was married on April 10, 2011. renewed their vows at the Jewish wedding ceremony held in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk was blessed with a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of the month of May in 2016. Silk is known for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was awarded a nomination by her fellow actors for Gemini Awards. Her most notable role was in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while shooting the final season of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to the fans in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special on January 6, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th 2013 that the show would return to production. Season Four began on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. The character she played Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as same-sex lovers in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular Television Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top Television Couple in the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has, in turn, its growing popularity on social networks has earned it a large online following.
